The parking machines accept both payment cards and text messages. No cash.

Through My Easyfairs, you can register your booth personnel. All booth personnel must have a personal exhibitor card at the fair. Here’s how you register booth personnel:

  1. Log in to My Easyfairs https://my.easyfairs.com/login.
  2. Click on “Manage Stand” for the current fair.
  3. Go to the “Prepare your stand” tab.
  4. Click on “Register your staff” under the “Stand personnel” section.
  5. Click on “Register your staff” in the new view.
  6. A new window will open.
  7. Click on “Team” in the left menu.
  8. Click on “Add staff” at the bottom right.
  9. Click on “Register Stand Personnel.”
  10. Fill in the details + click “Next.”The person who has just been registered will receive a confirmation email to the provided email address.

In the Exhibitor Academy, you receive concise and overview information on how participation in a trade fair can look like.

Easyfairs draws your attention to fraudulent offers of list data and other “services” that you may receive via unsolicited emails.

If you receive such a communication, it is certainly fraudulent and does not come from Easyfairs. Easyfairs respects the privacy of attendees and never sells private data to third parties.

During your participation

We will place your reader in your booth before the first day of the fair, and you ensure that it is visible to visitors. With this reader, you can transform your visitors into qualified leads. The reader is a wireless sensor, and when visitors touch the reader with their Smart Badge (name badge), they automatically collect the information about your company that you have set up on My Easyfairs. This information is sent to the visitors in a summary email at the end of each fair day. If you have GoLeads, GoPlus, or GoPremium, you will receive a list of contact information for those who interacted with your reader. You can find the list on My Easyfairs after the end of the fair.

With Visit Connect, you can scan information about visitors in your booth simply by scanning the QR code on their Smart Badges (name badges). This facilitates your follow-up after the fair and ensures that you do not lose important business cards or contact information. Smart Badge Reader:

You can find all visitors who interacted with your reader in My Easyfairs the day after the fair under “see results” and “download leads.”

The Smart Badges you have scanned with the Visit Connect app are available in the app and on your Visit Connect portal. The designated contact person for the exhibition has access to the portal.

MyEasyfairs

MyEasyfairs is the hub of your participation at the fair. Here, you upload information about your company, your logo, the products you showcase at the fair, register booth personnel, and access important information before the fair. MyEasyfairs is connected to the exhibitor list, so make sure to maximize your visibility by keeping your profile updated. Visitors plan their visit based on the exhibitor list.

Smart Badge

As an exhibitor, during the setup, you will receive a reader to mount on your booth wall to enhance the overall experience for our visitors. The reader is a wireless sensor placed in your booth. When a visitor touches the reader with their smart badge, it automatically collects all the company information you have shared in your My Easyfairs. The information is summarized and sent in a consolidated email after the end of each fair day.

If you, as an exhibitor, have a GoLeads or a GoPlus package, you gain additional benefits with our smart badge technology. You will have access to a list of all contact information for those who interacted with your reader during the fair. The list can be found in your My Easyfairs account the day after the fair closes.

Visit Connect is included in participation for those who have chosen the EasyGo Leads or EasyGo Plus packages. The service allows you to easily gather information about your visitors by scanning the QR code on their entry cards with your phone or tablet. A convenient way to obtain qualified and detailed leads!
